Shipping

• Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Custom pieces ship on the timeline in your quote.
• Insured Shipping: $15, typically 5–8 business days — free on orders over $150.
• Local pickup is free — choose it at checkout and we'll email you to arrange a time.
• We currently ship within the United States. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Arrived damaged?

Every piece is hand-packed and insured. If anything arrives broken, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and packaging. We'll send a replacement (when available) or a full refund.

Returns

We want you to love your piece. Unused, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and pieces must be packed as carefully as they arrived. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.
