Terms of service

By using greenerworldglass.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Handmade products

Every piece is made by hand. Small bubbles, color variations and slight differences in size are natural characteristics of handmade glass, not defects. Photos are as accurate as possible, but colors can vary between screens.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order in the event of a pricing error or if an item is no longer available.

Shipping, returns & damage

See our Shipping & Returns policy.

Custom orders

Custom work begins after the quote is accepted and any deposit is paid. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
